Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DevTools.ai's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the services provided by DevTools.ai for personal or commercial use. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on DevTools.ai's platform
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. API Usage

You agree to use our API services in accordance with the rate limits and quotas specified for your subscription tier. Excessive use beyond your plan limits may result in throttling or suspension of service.

4. Account Terms

  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.
  • You must provide valid contact information including a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Payment Terms

All paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. There are no refunds for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your content and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

7. Modifications to Service

DevTools.ai reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DevTools.ai or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on DevTools.ai's platform.
